What is SUNDRY allowance in Accenture?
Hi Fishes, I grabbed an offer at Accenture with 12 LPA fixed for Level 9. I'm not getting a retention offer from my current company at 13.5 lpa. How do I go about a counter offer with Accenture HR? Also tell me how to approach this situation smoothly.
If HR doesn't fulfill the counter offer, is it ok to accept 12 lpa fixed for Level 9 and when will I get a hike here and how much would it be approximately?

Hi there, I’ve been told that Deloitte (London, UK) is going to make me an offer but haven’t heard back and it’s been over two weeks. The recruiter mentioned it would be around the “m2 grade”. Any idea what this pay range is? … I have 3 YOE working in NHS finance and have applied for a position in Risk Advisory, public sector. Curious what life at Deloitte is like? Does a work life balance exist?

DT NYC definitely is more intense because it’s the culture a lot of the top partners were brought up in themselves. So you’ll have people who make the job all about the hustle and grind, and having face time, etc. I would even go so far as to say that a number of NY partners make it their central identity.
In other places, it’s slightly more chill since the partners may not approach work in that same way. A number of upcoming partners have kids and families, so the job is important but it’s not the one and only thing they got going on.
Obviously these are generalizations, not gospel, you’ll come across all different sorts everywhere.
