Fidelity Investments I joined FIL on 08th August 2022 and hence was eligible for appraisal but even after a good feedback, I was told that there is no increment in salary as well as bonus because of "Too Soon To Decide" rating. And this is being followed not just in our team but in whole FIL. This is the first time I am hearing such kind of thing and didn't found any thing like this on "HR Hub". So, if anyone of you know about this or have received similar gyan from Manager, please share your experience. Fidelity In

Pay is the same. Interviews are the same (if it's a consulting role, as we have research, knowledge, internal, and product/solutions roles too). Hours are not always better than other projects, but they can be. Reasonable is hard to say - many people would consider our hours unreasonable regardless of the type of project.
Similar to the other comments, we often don't hire directly into the expert track at the lower levels. However you can specialize soon after joining as a generalist.
Are you interviewing for an expert consultant or People & org knowledge team role? Other roles will not come with a dedicated People & org focus.
That is a very broad question. IMO I usually don’t see hires for P&O specifically until the manager level, about 7-10 YOE for lateral hires (slightly less for tech). They normally expect you to be broader/more open at the levels below manager
