Hi - I have donations given to Team Everest for Nov 2021 with receipt. But IBM AskHR says no support for donations tax exemption on Form 16. Thus, the donation isn't deducted on my Form 16. Can I now update the donation directly on E-filing.gov u/s 80G for exemption or will that cause an issue ? IBM
Anyone with November PERM approval?

Utilization is a % of hours out of 2080. PTO is considered time you are not utilized.
That is incorrect for KPMG. Our utilization is measured against 2080 less PTO, training and internal project hours.
This is the number populated into your review and used for bonus calls.
That’s the one thing I missed about kpmg. They finally made it to where PTO didn’t penalize you.
It isn’t.
Billable hours are assessed against 2080 annual hours (40 hr x 52 weeks). Up to you to figure the rest.
Given that weeks are mostly planned at 45 hours per week (in most commercial projects), you need 46 weeks for nearly 100% utilization. 44 billable weeks for 95%.
Therefore, you can take your 5-6 weeks of PTO and still hit high utilization.. you do need to plan well in advance and inform your leadership... can’t just take 3-4 weeks off suddenly without impact projects.
P.S. some projects plan at 42/week but that is for long term project where they are factoring in PTO and therefore you should still be able to Bill more than 42/week and take your PTO. Federal is a different story due to some accounts having a 40 hour cap.
One of the major reasons I’ve avoided Deloitte. We use a billed hours target, but PTO counts towards that because it’s priced into our contracts. I’ve used every last hour of my PTO every year and have not heard a single thing about it from anyone.
