Anyone working at starcom, how generous are they with holidays/summer days off, PTO, benefits , 401k matching etc

When is it either allowed or seen as OK to start using FTO? I recently started here and while I’m not looking to slack off and take time off, I just want to know how it works. (Plus, I don’t want to not use something that I can or should use.) Elementary stuff, I know. But I’ve freelanced my whole career until now. Thanks

About to join FDD/TAS at a big 4. Should I plan on working 13+ hour days Monday through Thursday every week for the rest of the year? About to sign a new lease and not sure if I should budget to splurge on a comfortable work space/easy commute to office. Sounds like there might not be much time to socialize/vacation so that might help my costs lol

I’m up for promotion this year, and I’ve been working so hard and my feedback is amazing and I’ve wanted this for awhile. Now, an immediate relative is actively dying and I may go out on a short leave, and I also have some PTO planned so that I can visit family oversees later this fall. With all that’s happening, I’m not going to hit my 90% utilization target, which is a checkbox in my promo. (cont).

Anyone taken bereavement for a miscarriage? It’s not our first but this one is hitting me abnormally hard. I know I can use PTO but it feels wrong to do PTO when grieving time is needed.

I’m struggling. I left an agency I liked last year due to growth limitations and since then I’ve worked at 2 different agencies and can’t seem to find my footing.
