if you’re applying for senior analyst level positions, you are a stronger candidate [and will definitely make more $$] if you apply as a senior analyst than as an analyst. You’ll end up farther ahead if you apply after the promotion.
If you leave before you do any work at the promoted level it’s not really getting you any further in your job search now or the future so I don’t think it matters.
Why not be honest with your current employer/manager? Let them know you are being offered the same promo elsewhere with x$ money or other benefits and ask for a discusión about what they can offer to keep you? It might feel awkward to kick that off, but it will wind up elevating your reputation immensely.
Would anyone be willing to refer me for a role at Spotify? I found my ideal role and I qualify for it. Would really love the opportunity to be considered! I’m unable to DM people due to my student account, please DM me or let me know where else I can reach you!

It’s not a big deal as far as looking bad.

No.
Do what’s best for you. ❤️
With the horror stories of recruiting and hiring littering these bowls, I tend to think you won't be promoted and quitting in the same month.

We had someone get promoted to assoc director and then dip that same month.
Nope.
