How long wfh will continue in gds tax team? I got offer from EY tax team and from another company which is a small firm, small firm offers 20% more salary but its hybrid, My team currently having wfh.

I work as a Business Development Manager at a sports club.. I’ve been given a couple of months “trial” in the 6 figure and above sales in which I don’t see going back to my other role on lower sales. This was a somewhat good move for me until I consider missing out on commission each month that was more than my salary. (£25k salary, over £2k per month commission)
How do I go about raising this concern? I believe I should be paid more now and at least change my job title?
