I just stopped working out and got fat.
Do you take Vitamin D daily? In the northeast you should that makes a huge difference for me
Just have to suck it up... I wake up at 5:30 every morning even after working late. Waking up is the hardest part, once at the gym I enjoy it and gets me energized for the day.
I actually don’t take enough vitamin D so that probably causes most of it. But you’re right too, PwC 1. That’s what I did in the beginning and it got easy. But I’ll try and get back into it, even when my body and mind tell me “sleep longer"
Damn, 4am? Sounds like you have some motivation. I usually look forward to a workout after work as a chance to move and clear my head. If time is tight, will do a HIIT workout (20 mins) to prioritize sleep. I think about how good (healthy) food will make me feel when ordering during busy season, and I try to cook at least a couple meals at a time when I do cook.
Where do you live/work?
I work at a manufacturing company in Springfield MA. It’s a great job! But with month ends and big reports, it can get overwhelming and drain you (as public accounting can at times). But that’s good Audit Staff 1. Don’t get me wrong, it took a lot to wake up at that time the first couple times but then it became routine. I would do it every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Tuesday’s and Thursday’s I would go after work. But ever since I had a 4-day weekend a few weeks back, it’s been hard sticking to that routine. Idk why!
Yes seriously Vitamin D helps me immensely, especially during the winter months. That’s great that you’re used to a good routine, something that always helped me too
