I want to build my career in analytics. I have offer from EY India, EXL and LatentView Analytics.
EY is more on the side of project management and process improvement in SaaS, as told. While there is hands-on in other two.

Similar to DD1, I had 3 phone interviews and a super day with 4 face to face interviews (M, M, D, P). I'm only C though.
Yea it wasn't an easy process. It took about a month and a half and that was only because I got another offer from another big 4, which sped up their process.
For MBA campus hires it is typically 2
I had 3 phone interviews than 3 face to face interviews all in one day as a EH
That's a lot of interviews!
I did 3 phone over like 2 weeks, then 4 F2F in one day with a case assignment then another F2F with a partner. Exhausting.
3 phone - 1 recruiter, 1 senior recruiter, 1 Partner & 3 in person - 2 SMs and a Partner (the mix varies based on availability but mostly within the function you are applying - 1 skills, 1 behavioral and 1 case is the typical format) and then offer. Your offer will depend on true need and urgency for hire. It wouldn't hurt to get in touch with the main recruit contact to see where things are - they can usually get things moving if stuck somewhere for what you feel is a lengthy amount of time.
No , experienced hire . I already had 3 F2F rounds with principals & SM & was wondering how many more to expect before a job offer . If an added interview round is out of norm , is this good or bad ?
Hmm , so I suppose my experience seems consistent with the regular process at Deloitte .
Its frustrating though to imagine you@cleared all partner interviews F2F and the final say comes down to a manager on phone .
No not really - since it's a partnership the offer requires atleast 2 partner signatures before it comes your way. So I was suggesting to contact your recruiter/original point of contact to see where they are with the offer (if they stated you are indeed getting an offer) or atleast get a status update which they can provide. It all comes down to the partners never a manager.
