Usually three interviews plus the screening call. (Atleast that’s how it is in tax) it’s a requirement in HR to have three different people working in the group interview you.
I say this from experience of hiring 6 people in the last few years. We always have to line up three interviews for each.
Depends on the office and your resume. MP should be the final interview.
do you guys know what to expect for the MP interview? the recruiter said that she heard great things about my interview with the partner and director but i’m a bit worried about this final one for some reason lol
It was an easy one for me. It was a conversation just to get a feel. There were no drilling questions.
That sounds about right. I am in audit and had to do all the interviews you mentioned above when I was hired as an experienced associate.
I would assume it’s the market’s managing partner and not a regional one. You don’t need RMP interviews unless it’s in an investment area. Depending upon the market I don’t even need an MP interview.
A new industry for the market. Let’s say that market doesn’t have an insurance audit practice and you work in that area. The office is hiring you without having work for you. So they will lose money or have you work on stuff in other markets.
