echo everything SC said. I’ll add:
* if the new job doesn’t give you 2-3 weeks, that’s a red flag of things to come.
* it’s a small industry. people will remember how you leave.
Yes to both of these.
2 weeks is standard. But if you need it to be earlier have an honest open discussion with your manager. They might not like it but it’s also a common request. Also work in some time-off for yourself. Even if it’s just a Friday clubbed in with a weekend.

If your new company won’t allow you standard 2 weeks notice that is a red flag.
If a company is mistreating you and you never intend to work with them again, you owe them nothing. They wouldn’t give you two-weeks notice if they fired you. If you want to maintain a good relationship and keep the possibility of working with them again open, then give as much notice as you can but talk it through, do what you gotta do and maybe help them search for your replacement of you can.
Something to consider: the terms on which you exit don’t just affect your relationship with your employer, but also everyone you’re working with there. It’s a small agency world, so I wouldn’t advise burning a bridge unless you absolutely have no choice.
(And even then - consider what that says about the professional courtesy of your next employer).
