How much bonus (on an average) will I get if I join HSBC technology with a fixed package of 16.1 LPA?

I am contemplating a new offer for Validation Lead role (non- managerial) at a Big pharma, with 4 years experience -post masters degree. Suggestions on what the compensation should look like ?

I got an offer from Aptiv for $100,000 + 5% annual bonus + $2,500 signing bonus. This is a new grad role for Algorithm Engineer located in Los Angeles, CA.

I'm thinking about negotiating but I have no idea how to do that. Can anyone give me any tips? Or any feedback on how good/bad this offer is?

Hi guys I am posting this again I have offer of almost same package from Accenture and IBM . Accenture offering is very slight more but that's not my key consideration. Which company is better in terms of job security, work life balance. That's the top most factor I am considering. Learning and project and latest niche technology is the other important factor after first 2 factors .

HELP! Company wants me to move to the US for a Remote role - Is this reasonable? Hi, I'm moving through the stages for a Remote US role as a Canadian candidate. They mentioned if I were to be offered, expectation is I'd move to the US. I find this odd as the role is Remote but guess it's legal purposes. So my fiancée and I are relatively late in terms of finally landing well paying jobs and being able to save money instead of living paycheck to paycheck. We’re both 36 and currently rent a 2 bedroom in NY and have a combined savings of $35,000 which she wants to use as a down payment on a condo. I kinda just wanna continue saving while renting. I also literally just started contributing to my 401K so I’m also late in the game for that too.
