Hi Sharks, I am asked to sign the offer letter. It's kind of an agreement between me and the company for accepting the offer and compensation numbers. Of course It doesn't have statments like I have to join the company on signing this. My question is that 1. If I get a better offer can I go and ask them to revise the offer? 2. Can I decide not to join the company? Will there be any legal consequences? Have you ever been asked to sign the offer? Boeing Tata Consultancy Wipro Capgemini Cognizant
Hello Guys,
I Got one Offer from Fynd but that is too low for me and as per my expereince
They are giving me 9 LPA bcz I quoted that amount when I applied for it long back. at that time I didnt know more about how salary and all calculated and whats the market research
Now after clearing all the rounds when we meet for salary discussion i told him my real desired salary as per experience and market reseach
He told me that I quoted 9 LPA so we can not do more "unless you have any counter offer"

H,
Please help
I was part of HPE and after resignation my manager gave me an early release before notice period completion, although I had never asked for early release and was ready to serve the whole notice period.
And now as part of F&F, I am being asked to pay Notice period recovery amount. I have received Service Certificate already. Please suggest what I should do. Thanks. HPE

Easily 22-23 L
They said they can't offer a hike in form of a percentage, but rather offer me salary within a certain band.
I'm expecting to get their offer within 17-19 L bracket considering above fact.
I asked for 22.5 L in the salary fitment form however.
Yeah 19L is way too less! Reason with HR mentioning that you know that SC starting salary is 21L+ so your ask is very reasonable as you bring a ton of valuable experience with you.
At the end of the day, will client be charged less because you have no MBA or because your previous firm experience was only 4 months? No! Deloitte will expect same amount of work and charge the same rates to clients so you should be compensated fairly. I think your ask of 22.5 L is very reasonable
That's a really good point to put forward! Thanks 👍
