My natural instinct is to assume rejection if I have conflict with a partner or don’t think my feelings are reciprocated. Covid has been hard. March 2029- December 2020 I drank a lot to cope without realizing it. January- March I didn't realize I was depressed. March I came to terms with increase and ongoing suicidal ideation and needed help.

I went into a intensive outpatient program (IOP) which has been super helpful.

During the beginning of covid I drank every day and in a great deal. January it was a "dry" month which was hard the first week but overall great.

March 2021 realized I'm clinically depressed.

This job feels like it’s killing me slowly. Physically, spiritually, emotionally. Working to stay positive and opportunistic. Anyone willing to share solutions? I want to be productive and positive.

Junior associate here, should I ask for more money if my firm is about 10-15 percent less hours but about 30 percent less pay? I'm reading this book on boundaries. In the work section it says I should tell my boss that I can't work after 5 PM. Knowing that advertising work commonly goes past 5 PM...would my job be in danger if I said that?
There's not really a rule book that says I must work until the work is done even though it's an unsaid expectation. Thoughts?
