But it seems that our comp accelerates much faster based on rating. If you are rated in the top bucket, your second calendar year comp goes to 110k + 40ishK bonus
Accenture tech is 75-85 first year
This thread has been posted 3 times in the last week. If memory serves, it's something like 75, 85, 95 or thereabouts.
Accenture Strat: Y1: 75k + up to 10%; Y2: 85k + up to 10%, Y3 (assuming consultant promote): 100k + up to 10%... Also around $1500 from employee stock purchase plan and another 4500 (Y2 and Y3) assuming you max your 401k
Plus 5-10k signing bonus and stock purchase plan which was outlined above
^ I would say the automatic 12% contribution is also quite nice
Following
The $1500 stock purchase plan is available from start date but 401k only in Y2 and Y3 (6% match, immediate vesting)
Is acn strat hiring?
ACN strat signing was 12k btw
(10k signing and 2k relocation)
In terms of hiring, for what level? At analyst and consultant, I'd say 97-99% of hires are campus/MBA. For campus hires, target list shrank to a few out of the top 20 schools; for MBA it's much the same- top 15 or 20. For manager and above, you'd want a contact/md sponsor.
If you have a contact, it's worth trying.
I got 3k for relocation. Depends on how far you have to move. I've heard up to 5k for analysts moving almost cross country.
PwC is 73 first year. Up to 88 for third year. Seniors are either starting third or fourth year (if campus hire) and start at 99. Higher for s& (second years are at 90)
^that was without bonus. What's McKinsey?
^ 80k + 5k sign on + relo + bonus
401k
Only 7% for first or second year BAs :(
