Older companies do whatever they can to pay you the least amount and get the max work out of you. A recruiter keeps discussing my salary level before sharing my resume with the client. I gave given my level and said I’m willing to discuss based on other benefits etc but feels a bit odd to keep discussing it before even sharing with the company... Is this normal?
