Hi Fishies,
Looking for any reviews/suggestions regarding Pubmatic. Most important is the tech stack and learning aspects.
Big data technologies(Scala-Spark etc) and Java.
Also in discussion with Impetus and Autodesk (via third party i.e. Applicantz).
CTC is not a concern right now as what they are offering is enough for me right now.
Any suggestions would be helpful

There's a senior accountant role at Nextdoor - remote - up to $175k
Would depend on cost of living in the area. There’s some but not much data on this exactly on Big4Transparency so I’ll share more subjectively from what I see keeping my own eyes open.
In HCOL ish, I’d say $95-$120k would be my expectation with lacklustre bonus program cause they’re mostly all in the toilet right now and some stock options if going toward tech.
I’d look to see if there’s any way you can get an idea of what their runway is looking like. Lots of talks that you should be looking to extend runway, so I’d say a place that won’t need a raise until late 2025 will be more likely to be stable employment.
Non-tech roles I’m seeing more like $85k as a floor for reasonable roles also up to $115k ish.
The huge 30% + pay increases exiting PA have definitely shrunk with industry pulling back slightly and the recent adjustments upward seen in PA
In my experience, bonuses when you exit PA are rare at the senior accountant/FA level. They reappear when you hit controller level etc.
I mean it depends, our firm still gives signing bonuses
$80-100K probably
I have 3.5 years of expense and my base comp is 91k. I wouldn’t be leaving for anything less than 120.
I left PA for a Senior Accountant role that started at 65k with a 5k sign on bonus. After a yr they bumped me to 75k which is pretty comparable as a start rate.
I know. 👀
