How much time does the big 4 in general take to make a hiring decision for a SC role after the final interview round?

Been at a new job for a couple of months. Overall it’s been disappointing and I’m starting to feel anxiety for the future. I feel this way because I’ve just been working on one account I really don’t feel will create anything book worthy and I’m afraid that I will have nothing to show after a year. I’d been interviewing with this company for a while (off and on for 7 months+) and during that time made work I’m proud of and as of this past may, is award winning. (continued in comments)

Tips on how to deal with anxiety of waiting for feedback after your interview?

I've done so well in this new role within the company that they are hiring another person to assist with what I do. I've voiced to my boss that I'd like to manage this department and they indicated that this is the thought for the future. Now they are asking me to train this person while I have my plate full. Is it wrong for me to expect either a promotion or to be paid to train this person?

Looking at possibly accepting an offer at Microsoft (nice offer) as a recruiter. It seems a little different, no sourcing due to no time & the slating of one female & black or Hispanic. Currently at Big 4. Have offers for a PL/Principal at MBB and for a VP role at a Fortune 20 company. The VP role is more interesting and comp a bit better but I’m told would accelerate faster at MBB. The initial plan was to end up at MBB. What’s the best for future flexibility?

Hi Fishes, I'm in a huge dilemma now. Im currently working with TCS and my CCTC is 10.29 LPA and I hold 2 offers, one with with Bank of America for 17.5 LPA Fixed and with CTS for 19 LPA.
My last date is Dec-30 and I received a call today from TCS HR for retaining me for 16 LPA max.
Earlier,before the call I had Bank of america in mind ahead of CTS for its work culture ,hike %, job security and other benefits. But here in TCS also I have very good role, job security and comfort.Please suggest!!
