Normal and probably explicitly allowed per your lease, for at least a month or specified period prior to you moving out.
Check that before saying anything- and you can certainly work with the building so it’s not too onerous on you.
They have to give reasonable notice which is assumed 24 hours. If they ask within a few hours you don't have to honor.
I’ve always had this happen. Generally given a couple of hours a week for “open houses”.
You can push back but they’ll likely just tell you to leave the unit during tours.
Also just get in writing that viewers won’t be unaccompanied. I’m sure they’re not but always good to have documented.
Some companies won’t bother simply because it’s more of a pain/effort to coordinate with the current tenants.
Very common

Normal, but they should be giving you 24 hours notice.
Landlords generally secure the right to show the apartment even if you object and the law is consistent with that. The landlord however has to give you reasonable notice and can’t just show up an hour before hand and say hey we want to see the apartment. i’ve turned down real estate agents who gave me an hour or even two hours notice with prospective renters who I traveled from different cities. They have to do their job right and at least provide here at 12 to 24 hours notice.
Very common this is not a DC lol
