Hi I’m a current Graduate student, hoping to get my foot in the door for Deloitte Healthcare Consulting, Accenture CDP, or EY specifically within Chicago Offices. Is there anyone open to connecting and speaking on their experience being hired? I have previous experience working prior to my degree so hoping to get insight on how I can best score an interview. If you’re also open to providing a referral that would be a bonus!

Just know your resume. Have answers for any gaps. Research the STAR method. Browse the company website.
Do you know who you are interviewing with? I like to go through each persons LinkedIn to learn something about them. This gives you something to talk about. Obviously study the firms website and your resume, etc.
What type of analyst role? What type of industry? What kind of firm?
Also refer to the job spec (if detailed), this should be your guide on what the employer is looking for and should be able to pull relevant examples from your CV. Research the department, any terminology you may not be familiar with, why you want the role/want to work for the company.
There are behavioural interview questions and answers floating around on google, have a look at those. That should help you get a feel of what to expect.
Good luck
Learn about the company, specifically their core values and their business. Read current events surrounding the business and industry they operate in. Reach out to school alumni who work at the company and see if they’re willing to have a call with you
Agree with the research noted in other comments. I would also ask someone that does interviews to do a mock interview with you. Although everyone has a different style, the practice will help you think on your feet and practice answers.
I agree with what was already said. Review the most common interview questions and be prepared to provide examples exhibiting the skills they desire in the role.
