Hey Fishes,
Currently I'm a Team Lead in Automation Testing with almost 5YOE earning 11.25L Fixed.
Even though I'm in QE, I have good programming skills, so looking for more technical roles.
But confused as to how much that's worth.
1. Am i currently being underpaid or overpaid?
2. Have cleared interviews of other companies (CSS Corp & Tech Mahindra ) but since I'll be joining as Test Lead position, I've asked for 19 Fixed, but haven't heard from them since. Too much or apt?
Are employers on hiring freeze due to corona?
Hi,. 24F YOE = 2years10months Work = DevOps and cloud (AWS) . I have two offers, both from same work. SAP Sal 11.7 fixed + 1.3 Vpay = 13LPA Airbus Sal 14.3 fixed + 2.7Vpay = 17.5 LPA and 5L joining (should be given back if early exit in 3years) Both companies have other benefits apart from CTC. Can anyone suggest which one to decide? I have some idea on SAP labs but not sure about airbus when it comes to work life balance, career growth, team. thank you and much appreciated

Find something else that does actually benefit your career then say you no longer have the bandwidth and offer to help find someone who does want to do the work.
LOL
No point in confronting them. Respect is a two way street. Find a partner who cultivated people and work with them.
D2, curious about the outcome of that meeting
Find a project or other proposal.
I have the same issue, they just used me to take meeting minutes and never asked about my personal growth or preference . I emailed the mgr to discuss about possibility of moving forward or changing a role, and he just removed me from the meeting list....mission accomplished no matter how it is achieved.
Don't be a wimp and confront them about it. I did this several years ago with a Principal. I set up 1:1 time and asked if they genuinely valued my personal development because it didn't look that way.
Find something that needs a specific skillset you have. Good excuse to move on.
I provided evidence of lack of support at a year end that just ended in spite of great effort (and value) and asked questions about whether they just wanted my labor or really supported me. Partner admitted it and said they didn't understand my contribution relative to other folks. I stopped supporting that day, it was clear what I owned. It's cordial now, but I avoid working with them
