LOL y'all...the fastest way to lose fat in 2 weeks is to chop off a limb. Everyone who had "success" losing weight in that amount of time lost water weight. You still got your fat, which will come off slowly but surely if you keep up your lifestyle changes

I lost 10 lbs in the last two weeks eating keto less than 1500 a day, no carb all fat and protien
100% carb free (ketogenic diet). No alcohol. Exercise. Once your body is in ketogenisis, the weight will fly off, without factoring in any loss due to exercise. What I can tell you though it that your body may take a 1.5-2 days to get into keto, and maybe a day or two on top of that for your body to adjust. I'd be careful when ramping up on exercise. Depending on your current state, you could lose around 5/6 lbs..
