What is salary range of lead associate in EYGds?
Received an offer as Engagement Director from Salesforce (CSG, pre sales, L9). Great benefits package, 40% increase in total comp and better WLB.
I do love the people in my practice and current client, but career trajectory has stalled after taking parental leave earlier this year and (yet another) change in leadership.
Realistically, making to Director is 2-3 years away and will require sacrificing time with my family that I am not prepared to give up.
Should I stay or should I go?

I have 6 YOE in. Net+Angular and got an offer from Legato Health Technologies with 20 LPA Fixed, i joined Infor just 11 months ago with 12LPA Fixed and i will get the hike in August. If i resign now i will not get hike and i am a critical resource in the project, i guess Infor might try to retain me by matching offer. What should i do? Should i resign ASAP and not negotiate with Infor . I have all these doubts because Infor is a product based company.

That sheet has been around a while so it’s definitely out of date, however it still gives you a good baseline because you know to expect more now.
Some are at least 2 years
In this market anything over 6 months is out of date
my pre-covid salary is in there and Im up 50k from it, so I’d say not up to date.
I’ll also add that availability of remote work makes it a lot harder to determine “location based” salaries. They, in theory, have to compete with nationwide salaries at this point. If they do is another question.
0% up to date
Have you been promoted in three years?
two different places, looking remote helps! low cost of living area initially with a bigger market salary now so that is also a big part.
Can you share the link, I haven't seen it
Should have asked for a year in the form originally so we could adjust for inflation. Maybe we need to make a new one?
I haven't seen it. Do you still have the link?
