Hi All, Today I've resigned and my LOD is 2 Sept. Can anyone please let me know for these 90 days salary would be credited only after FnF. Or June'22 salary will be credited as usual, however, July and September salary would be credited during FnF. Please confirm or suggest.
Regards,

Just look at Charles Aris report on compensation by year. It’s directionally accurate.
You are in TC, it diverges from the start
Elephant in the room: what is TC?
OP idk what salary band in the cohort model you're imagining paying 120k two years out in TC...
Lol tech consulting, perceived as lower in status by many mgmt and strategy groups
B4 comp stagnates around $180k for SM’s. MBB M’s make at least more than that, with the potential for a larger bonus. It’s hard to make a blanket statement as a lot depends on the individual and what they’re aligned to (and how that sells).
#humblebrag
Comp diverges at manager level. For us managers make between ~215 and 300
Level above is up to 500
Partner 1-2M
Your current comp would be at the high-end for someone completing their second year. Sounds like you're doing well. With relatively little experience, you are likely getting the entry level offer. On the generalist track at least, in two years you would be promoted to the post MBA role, making post MBA comp. $170-200k.
Seems like you just made Senior Associate, and I so 95k two years out makes sense. My understanding is that MBB salary is only slightly higher from the start (and in some cases less than Accenture) but bonuses are much higher as is salary progression. It will diverge significantly in both salary and bonus at the manager level, which if you maintain trajectory will place you around 130 at PwC. A similar progression at MBB and you'd probably be at 180+
Hardball? Seemed weird to ballpark it before an offer was extended, also, but maybe I just don’t have much experience in recruiting
Thanks D1! That’s helpful.
All in TC comp was around 120k two years out of college, and since its TC I would’ve expected MBB to be a lot higher. But that makes sense if it diverges more later on
I’m not imagining lol I’m 24 (two years out). I’m counting bonus too so the 120k isn’t base, to be clear. Not every competency is on the same cohort
There are other comp structures for high-attrition groups. But I know it still doesn’t match MBB - not trying to debate pwc cohort model (which overall I think is great in reducing pay bias/increasing transparency)
I see, respect. Curious as to which competency you're in/referring to with those figures. Not too shabby
Lol cohort model transparency while also saying there it’s not so transparent why salary diverges from said model
Time after grad is probably a better metric than title. We pay higher per level and advance much more quickly. Median is 10 years from u/g to Partner +\- any leave time (MBA, parental, etc).
