Hello, I have an offer from Publicis Sapient for their product management internship program. Wondering if anyone has any insight into the program (exits, etc) and how the return offer looks like in terms of salary. I still also hold an interest in data science so might go with another offer but I’m not sure if it is a wise choice to let go of a PM offer while I have it.

I typically say I'm making 15k more than I am. But ya usually they can't ask.
Bump it up a lot! Tell them at least 10 k more than you are currently making and ask for a total of 15 or more. So it will only look like a 5-10 increase.
Also consider if you’re going up a title, how much would your work load change, basically get paid what you’re worth. Simple as that.
Say you’re making 10k more than you really are
Tell them your employer has an NDA regarding contractual details.
You legally don’t have to respond. They’re no longer supposed to ask (at least in NY as far as I know), and they cannot request proof. So if you want to answer, I would bump it up. Shoot high expecting them to bring it down in negotiations.
Do research. There’s so many factors. Would you be willing to work at a better agency for a pay cut? Do they promote often or is there a freeze? Glassdoor can be very helpful. If I were making 80K and Glassdoor said the position salary for most workers said 85K, I would say I am making 85K currently and see if I can push for 90-95K.
You don’t want to lowball yourself but at the same time you don’t want to blow a position you wanted because you overshot and they went with a cheaper alternative.
Get as much as you can. Suss out the average range for your position at that specific agency/market and go on the high side. Go get ‘em tiger!
Tell them that you are expecting and hoping for a salary commensurate with your experience and talent, and then ask them what is their budget range for this position?
If you’re in NYC, it’s illegal for them to ask
Tell them what you’re willing to move for. And ask about bonuses
