Hybrid or remote? We have a role that is remote, but they have to be in a certain area because they may have to go into the office for a meeting once a month. I think we have to list it as hybrid, which is fine with me. Someone else wants to list it as remote – XX area. How would you list it?

Is it wrong that I’m just not into PE/VC? It seems to be the most desirable exit for most people that I work with. If you didn't go to college, how did you learn what you know now in marketing?

Anyone ever have experience negotiating a new offer to include unvested 401k match and stock grants from your current employer? I hate leaving money on the table but there are some good roles out there. I’m not fully vested in my current 401k yet and my stock grants haven’t matured yet either. This would be at a global director level.

I got into marketing because I thought it would be an opportunity to make good money in a field where I could still exercise my creativity, but I’ve found it to be extremely stifling and bogged down by bureaucracy. Does it ever get better?
