I already have a few agile and scrum certs and a few YOE in consulting.
How hard would the PMP exam be for me? How hard is the PMP in general? I just got my application approved but am wondering how much I need to study

You can pass with with a few weeks of self study and practice exams. None of the concepts are difficult, you just have to memorize their terminology

like

Agree, the concepts will be fine for anyone familiar with project based work. It's just the vocabulary

like

The test is actually very annoying due to its weird vocabulary and unique answers from PMBOK. It’s also a long test that wears you down where by the end you generally don’t care. However, if you do practice tests and questions then you should be fine.

I just signed the offer letter from Absolutdata acquired by Infogain , and even before joining the company they sent me a welcome kit.
I am unsure of joining them in case I get a better counter offer, but I am a bit worried now since they already sent me a welcome kit. I am wondering what made them sure that I will join them and not any other company. Is it that after signing offer letter I cannot join other company?
