During my first academic year (March 2023), I joined a company as a software intern , till date I am still working in this company and I have hand on experience on technologies like JAVA, SQL HIBERNATE, REACT, AZURE , MICROSERVICES, SPECIALIZING IN SPRINGBOOT, JWT , JPA , JDBC, KUBERNETES , MVC and many more , So how can I use this in my resume , can I show my 2.2 years of experience in further job hunting, will this be considered as a experience

Summer intern at BCG. I've been told by a few people that you need to spend your first few cases "earning your stripes" to gain staffing optionality or be servile/loyal to a pyramid to gain access to the cooler case work within that PA. It's seemed particularly emphasized at times.

Is this the standard at McK? I'm trying to guage the staffing optionality and openness of McKinsey culture to direct your random walk.

Hi, where or what types of companies should sophomores & juniors apply for next summer (2022) to recruit for IB the following summer (2023)? This summer BBs wrapped up SA IB recruitment, EBs even earlier, and a fair amount of my friends missed out big time.

Also, if a sophomore or junior doesn’t get a finance-related summer internship (I.e tech) and aims for an IB SA or FT position, is it harder to break in?

I have been selected as a Technical Consultant for PWC India On-campus and they have mentioned that Internship starts from January, but there is not particular mention about a Internship Offer letter. And so far the Placement cell has only circulated a Offer acceptance google form. There is no official notification from PWC India as well. What else can I do?
