I am a Human Resources Director and a Realtor. I am looking to transition out of HR full-time in the next few months. I would like to pose a question to other professionals. Do the companies you interact with or realtorcurrently work for have or would like to develop relocation programs or incentives to attract talent? I would love to get your feed back on the necessity of organizations offering this feature especially if you are located in the Savannah or Atlanta area.

Just got a job offer with CVS. To say the least I’m super excited to work for an Fortune 5 company. However, the job offer 1k less than my current company, but I thought this will be boost my growth and experience. Was my choices a smart move?
