I am a senior manager at a top 25 firm. I’m looking to switch to Big 4 M&A and have interviews with PwC and KPMG this week. Which one to choose and thoughts on salary expectations (MCOL)?

Just wanted to brag a little. This may not be much for some but I’m super excited. I graduated with a B.A in chemistry July 2022 and I start my job this Monday with a salary of 60K! This is the most money I’ve ever made 😱😱. Really proud of myself even though I know some people would rather make more. I’m hoping to hit 100K within 3-4 years. Don’t give up recent grads!!
