I am a TAS manager and think that I have reached the point where I am ready for an industry role, preferably Financial Reporting within tech. I crave stability especially since I want to start having kids in the next 2-3 years, however I’m very nervous to leave behind what is familiar at the B4. Do you have any regrets leaving for industry or any advice for me in regards to looking for the next opportunity? Thanks!

Have you considered a TAS opportunity at another firm? I know industry isn’t always the answer. I’ve been at Effectus Group for a year now and it’s been a great experience.

Hi guys I am posting this again I have offer of almost same package from Accenture and IBM . Accenture offering is very slight more but that's not my key consideration. Which company is better in terms of job security, work life balance. That's the top most factor I am considering. Learning and project and latest niche technology is the other important factor after first 2 factors .

Hi,
I'm currently having an offer from BlueOptima and Cohesity and am conflicted between the two.
I have offers in the SDET profile.
Cohesity Inc is providing me MTS and @BlueOptima is providing SDET-1.

Glassdoor reviews more of less place the two companies almost equally, and the package being offered by the two is almost in the same range.
My preferences include:
Learning opportunities in the role.
Company's work environment.
Company's growth prospects, are also a consideration.

However, there is little to no learning and its very slow, the project is just starting and the client itself is not clear what they want. Do you think I should switch just because its a big 4. Hello Guys,

I joined
Cognizant recently, the project interview calls which I am getting is not from my base location.
I have the location constraint, should I wait for the right opportunity or raise this concern to ADP team so they can look in to it?

As per ADP policy, one should not have any constraints and take the project as FCFS basis.
