I am a UIUX designer with 1y 10m exp.

So far I am well versed in Figma.

I was looking for other job opportunities when I found out there are many jobs that require UIUX designers to know graphic design tools like Photoshop, invision, illustrator, etc
I am a bit confused now, is it fair/obvious for UIUX designers to know all these tools? Is it normal? Am I missing something?

I’m geotechnical engineer, but I couldn’t get a good position to allow me to learn more especially, I want to turn to design and softwares , any recommendations please

I do institutional sales for an asset manager. Am graduating in the fall with an MBA from a top 40 school. Would like a designation but dont want to do the CFA.  Between the CAIA and CMT: which one is more applicable to asset management, and better status/recognition? appreciate any insight

Which platform would you recommend for a CRM when it comes to effectively and efficiently marketing your value proposition, Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics?

I am told that CSM is not a sales job (so not commission based) yet you are expected to respond to targets. Can you please explain the difference and whether there still is an element of pressure with hitting your targets?
