I am an Advisory Consultant. Just got the word that I am getting promoted soon. What would be the raise from a c to sc? Is there a minimum salary amount for sc or is it based on my current salary?

I’m at a Fortune 500 company with an employee stock purchase plan but I’m unhappy with my salary and job title. I was offered an opportunity to make 30k more with the title I want with a smaller company doing the same role. I’m wondering if it’s the right career move to just jump ship…Any guidance is much appreciated.

As of now, I do an hour DoorDash before work and after work I do DoorDash and Instacart for a couple hours. l interviewed for Deloitte (India not USI) in January, and accepted an offer letter with DOJ of 25th April, later HR asked me to join on 11th April for which I agreed. Now I haven't received the revised offer letter or any links other than BGV and Pre-Hire form from Deloitte and now the HR is not even picking my calls or responding to emails.

A friend of mine from a top tier consulting firm was counseled out. Do you consider it ethical that his career counselor is intentially spreading the information to his colleagues and to other consultants from other companies in the project? What can he do about it?
