I am curious about what military leave policies other consultancies and financial services firms have in place for active reserve or national guard members. More specifically related to 1. deployments, and 2. annual training which is typically 2 weeks minimum plus several work days depending on your unit. I've seen examples where some provide up to 30 days of paid training leave or will make up the difference between your civilian salary and military salary when away for training/deployment.

I have an urgent situation that I need advice for: what job to take? I currently have 2 job offers. Offer A (Scientist 3): 70k with full benefits including 15 PTO days and 5k tuition assistance yearly.
