Project looks promising but when visited the site accept for the towers rest all be it roads or daily basis shops nothing is there yet but they say that till the time of possession roads and everything will be functional. The rate for 750 sqft carpet 2bhk they are giving for 74lacs and possession is 2023 May. Another 2025 possession 850 sqft carpet 2bhk for 79lacs.Hardly any difference in rate per sqft. Just wanted to say the brand I work for hired a 55+ yo Creative Director and I am STOKED. He is seasoned, smart, kind, and elevates voices, is just generous and classy af. This is refreshing as I’ve know one too many conceited and elbow-shoving CDs at agencies I worked at. He’s the highest ranking Creative without the inflated title too. So happy to see there’s a future for us (well at least brand side for now).
