Is it realistic to hope for a coding position with only a CCA, or do most companies want a CCS?

I have been working in technical roles at both Amazon and Microsoft (current) for about 4 years now.

But I no longer see the technical path as the way for myself going forward and would like to try something related to sales or business development. What would be a good role to break into that area and also hopefully not that a pay cut, if possible?
