Hi fishes,
Anyone joined coforge recently? Any reviews for the same? Is it worth to join this organisation? They told me they are hiring for Santander bank account but still be having client interview before onboarding to project. Any idea on this account? Is it tough to crack client interview over there? Don't want to face long bench hours like it used to be in Publicis sapient which led to brutal lay off. Kinda sceptical to join as it is giving me Publicis sapient vibes.Coforge Coforge ltd

That is very normal to see your book ahead of time. They will prob ask to tell them about yourself, talk about your experience at your last place and why you’re leaving, what you’re looking for, side hobbies, etc. May ask you to take them through your fav pieces in your book.
Have they seen your book IRL? If not they’ll likely ask you questions about certain projects (this will give you a good idea of what sort of work they’re into). They’ll want to see how you articulate your thoughts and processes. Your work’s already got you through the door so have confidence when speaking about it. It’s also an opportunity for you to ask them some great questions – I suggest about the agency and working processes/teams, but their work too (looking at their books and knowing where they were before their current gig is wise.) Enjoy it!
Prepare to talk about what you like about your current place, what you don’t like, why you are leaving, why you want to go to their shop, what kind of work you want to be doing, what kind of work you don’t want to be doing, and a little about your creative process / what makes your work unique.
One question I was always asked was “which is your favorite project?” I would have a detailed answer in mind for that as well as all of the above. Be honest about what you are looking to get from the job. Don’t just give them the answers they want to hear. You want to end up somewhere that is a real fit for your goals.
Be able to present a few of the campaigns in your book. Not only the creative, but the thinking behind it. They want to see that you know what you’re talking about and had a role in developing the work
Questions on your book .
