What is a considerate way to say “no thank you” to a recruiter? I was contacted on LinkedIn and want to be respectful of the recruiter’s time but also want to thank them for thinking of me.

Should I be reaching out to recruiters and hiring managers after applying to jobs? I've mostly been applying through LinkedIn, so finding the right person isn't hard. I'm just afraid of coming across as obnoxious!

I have cleared all the interviews for Walmart and salary negotiations are also done. A month ago the recruiter said that they are waiting on some approvals and once it is done we will be issuing the offer letter but I haven't heard back any other update since then. Am I getting rejected or is it normal to be on hold without any update for a month at this stage?

I was interviewed for a perticular customer, which went well and also received an offer. Few days before of my joining date, i came to know that the technology stack from customer got changed and customer had no requirement for which i was hired. However parent company still hired me and now they're in process of allocating me in some other clients. Sometimes i feel insecure about this situation. How to cope up with such cases?

I’m struggling to find a full time job right now. I have 16 months of internship experience at a Big4, a 4 month internship at a well known bank and a 12 month internship at a boutique consulting firm.

My gpa is subpar (3.2/4.0) but I have strong extracurriculars and have been working full time while taking full time classes.

Did you do the NIPT? I just had my first prenatal appt and they scheduled me for the NIPT at 10 weeks. I’m a little nervous and anxious. Did anyone get it and got a false positive? Do you not recommend it? I wish I could ask family but we’re not telling anyone until the 12 weeks mark.

I’m mid-career and hoping to make a pivot to internal comms. I’m currently working in-house but the vast majority of my experience is at agency with very little internal comms experience. Other than finding opportunities in my current role to gain experience, what can I do to gain experience or expertise to make me desirable for an internal comms-focused role?

We plan to use it for exec comms and department-level leadership (HR, IT, etc.).

We’ve historically done mass communication through Outlook, so this will be our first time getting insight into staff e-mail + Teams performance.
