Is it possible to go from Finance Compliance to Biglaw? I have 5y Biglaw experience abroad and NY license. Moved to NY for inhouse job in finance but considering moving back after 4y.

Feeling burnt out and unmotivated with agency life. Throughout the past year I’ve been added to a variety of “problem accounts” with challenging, disorganized and rude client contacts. Since then, it feels my teams have dwindled and I’ve been left to pick up the pieces / manage it all. I’m struggling to feel inspired and am starting to dread my work. Interior design work makes me happy but it earns less.
