I am on notice period. I see many people were asked to go immediately on resigning. However, I am one of those unlucky people who is stuck on serving 90 days notice. Is there a way to get out as quickly as possible without side effects 🥲

I was supportive of Lori when this virus first started but her actions since have dwindled my support of her. I don’t expect her to make every decision correct nor do we have to agree with all of them. I believe she should be correct around 75 percent of the time but I believe she is in the 50 percent range. I know everything doesn’t fall on her shoulder but things haven’t been great as of late. Hopefully they figure out something soon.

Can provide more details if needed, but if an employee is constantly coughing at work (small retail establishment), is it okay to ask them for a doctor's note stating they aren't contagious? They're claiming it's due to allergies, but I've gotten several confidential concerns from employees and customers alike due to the current enviornment.

First trimester insomnia?
I’m only about 5 weeks, but my sleep schedule has gone off the rail the last three nights. I’m sleepy/drowsy, settled in bed around the same time every night, and yet I cannot fall or stay asleep. I have a white noise machine, comfy bed, cool room.. etc. When I do fall asleep, it’s earlier in the morning and I sleep until 1/1:30pm. This was fine the first few nights since it was the weekend, but it can’t keep up. Anyone else experience this and have any recommendations?

With this WFH life & the pandemic I’ve barely been moving. I started walking daily since a few days ago and it kicks my butt. My legs are actually sore from walking? It’s really sad but I’m glad I’ve taken in this initiative and wanted to share 😂

I have a looming sense of self hatred. I take medication I workout and do all the things to feel good, but it’s just stuck there. Constantly thinking I’m trash, in a bad person, etc. Feeling guilty for things idek if I should feel guilty about. This is a privileged problem and I know it’s minuscule to compared to the actual struggles of so many people in the US and abroad. When, or if you set time aside to take care of yourself or do something for yourself, what do you do? I'm realizing I don't really have any "healthy" ways of relaxing outside of work, so drop whatever you got. It's starting to affect my personal life and I'm worried I won't be able to have healthy relationships unless I can take care of myself first.

We recently got the ok to schedule our orientation and delivery date for our IVF medications and all I have to say is ADVOCATE FOR YOURSELF! My husband has dermatomyositis, and his doctor put off treatment so that we could do some collection and go through IVF. I felt like my dr was blowing off our timeline, but I persisted. I worked with CVS Caremark directly and got approval in 2 days (not the expected 3 weeks). Moral of the story: ADVOCATE FOR YOURSELF!

6’0 and weighed in at 220lbs today. All time high and have gained 20lbs since gyms closed in March. When I did workout it was more or less 100% compound lifts. I’m now limited to a few kettlebells but am not even close to as consistent as I was. Any idea on how I can lose this excess 20lbs? I feel like it crept up over night.
