I am on two separate jobs and I had a quarter filing last week so I was very clear with my other job that I have limited availability. We filed late Thursday night and my manager on my other team immediately jumped on me telling me that I need to pick up the slack on this other job. It’s like you can’t even breathe during busy season. I am doing the best I can do but constantly being stretched thin makes me just want to walk out during busy season.

I have been on bench since I joined the firm 3 months ago. Now I have got project but still on bench. I have got mail regarding not raising snapshots because I was on bench so i didn't do anything except trainings and some learning. I don't have hours to raise snapshot for.

What shall I do in this case? I am very much worried that if i don't have any project hours to show, will they fire me or what actions are supposed to be taken ? Thanks.
