Hi Fishes, many resources who were on the bench got terminated. Not aware of exact figure,but it's huge.
This time we didn't rcv diwali gifts or bonus.
Not sure how long this termination would continue.

I joined CG on 27th July, the first project require me to work on documentation not related to my tech(networking) this I said no and went on bench.
The second project/client they tagged asking me to wrok on FTP L1 Monitoring and t-shoot.
Again this is not relevant to my exp(6 years in Network).

How to get released from this? the upper line is not in touch with me not they responding with update

What options do i have, what if I abscond?

I have joined Capgemini in the month of July and have never been on bench before. After joining till today (5th sept) I'm on bench. I keep checking internal job posting as will as jobs in R2D2. nothing found yet. Still I'm getting those harsh alert mails mentioning you have get a project within so and so date..as if I have done a crime. So my question is this risky for my career in all and appraisal cycles?

I have been on bench since I joined the firm 3 months ago. Now I have got project but still on bench. I have got mail regarding not raising snapshots because I was on bench so i didn't do anything except trainings and some learning. I don't have hours to raise snapshot for.

What shall I do in this case? I am very much worried that if i don't have any project hours to show, will they fire me or what actions are supposed to be taken ? Thanks.

Joined LTI recently in P3 band. However not allocated any project. Got a call from the resource management team to relocate, which I rejected upfront as I was promised a role in the location I am posted. It has been over 2 weeks since I am in bench. What shall be the next steps, shall I wait for some days or start looking for other jobs as getting a project looks difficult as there are minimalist responses.
