4YOE pre MBA but also in consulting (not strategy)

Ideally I wanted to stay in consulting for a few more years but if a good opportunity comes knocking...

How to renegotiate the already received offer to a new offer value based on some other higher offer received.

Scenario:
1. Company 1 - 7.8 LPA
2. Company 2 - 10 LPA

Want to renegotiate a new offer to company 1 based on offer received from company 2.

P.S: I really want to go to company 1 but because it's offering less i am bit concerned.
