Also they told me for joining incentive but later after 65 days of joining they didn't give saying your business aproval got rejected. I really want to be with TCS but due to project dissatisfaction, I am looking for different job. I am not sure if I can leave the organisation soo soon(4 months) and it should not effect my carrier.

Hi All. I have offers from MobiKwik and Target for the role of Data Engineer.
Which organisation should I go fo?r. Please consider factors like job security, work quality and learning, WL balance and office culture.
They're both offering similar CTC and location is preferable in case of MobiKwik. My YoE is 3.

What is the question?
It sounds like they did the initial approval of the transfer but the details need to be worked out. For salary - is there a reason your sales should actually be higher? Trying to hide your current salary is not the right tactic to get paid more - does the new team and your role warrant it?
I’d assume resume is a formality but the others seem like inputs into a fair offer.
Ratings, etc. Is this just administrative tasks or could recruiter legitimately have a say so in the transfer. Also I do not want to share my current salary because I think they might low ball me with an offer or keep me the same. I would still be a senior in the new group but I am just moving tok advisory. Any ideas here? Tell them my current salary or no?
Is this an internal transfer and internal recruiter? Isn’t this information obtainable to the “recruiter” already?
@manager 1. I feel like I have a lot of valuable experience and an MBA which is something they are looking for in their candidates so I feel a higher salary is warranted. Also from what I hear advisory groups usually pay more which is a plus but not the reason of the transfer. I do not want to be at the low end of the salary range though. I agree about the resume as well but was unsure on the remaining items.
@BDO 1. I do not think a recruiter would have open access to everyone's files in the company. I think only people like our own HR representative has access to our files. I think. But yea this is an internal move.
My point is that the recruiter has other avenues to receive the info. If they don’t get it from you they can get it from others.
@OP you can still negotiate on salary. Say you make $75k now and they offer you $92k. Tell them I believe based on my experience, performance, and education, the market rate is $98k. If they find you worth it, they’ll pay you the amount. What if they find out you make $75k now and decide they want to pay you $86k (in the scenario), take the job and then apply for a job in transaction services at another firm.
Would love to know how to are transferring groups between tax and advisory!
