Having a regular gym routine and eating healthy most of the time works well for me.
Take a chill pill
I find that having headphones that can help me block out the world when I'm starting to panic helps immensely, and also helps me focus on work. I've found it much easier to stay calm by going to bed early enough to sit and relax for 20 minutes or so without phones etc before settling down to sleep, just to clear my head. Some people find running especially cathartic.
Read Stephen R Covey books and then shift your paradigm. A change in perspective will help.

If you are physically able to exercise and have the time, do so, and do so WITHOUT your phone. Being locked in a spinning class with no one to resent but my instructor does wonders for my well being.
Meditatation and yoga, it will do wonders for you.
Remember that most people have some kind of stress or anxiety, it's quite normal. Take a step back and rationalise each situation.
I usually walk home (~1 mile) after work (I'm in NYC; prob don't recommend this to those living in rural areas or the burbs) to clear my head and get some air so I'm not still thinking about work when I hit the bed.
