I applied to two competitors in industry. One company emailed me the next day to setup an interview. The second company looked at my linked in profile, but hasn't yet reached out. Is that a bad sign? It's only been about a week, and my application still shows as being considered for the role.

After my Interview round now after 2 months received a mail from EY GDS HR to share a few documents on mail.
Does this mean I got selected or something else?

I renegotiated my start date and it’s different from the date I signed on the offer letter. Do I need to request a revised offer letter or is the email thread with the recruiter sufficient. By the way, my background check is already in progress.

In investment management at Deloitte. Wrapping up my second year here and looking to jump into a FP&A role/ valuation analyst. Is this a reasonable jump and what would salary expectations be?
