I applied to two positions in the same firm and now I have phone interviews with two different people. Should I tell them about it?

I switched 20 days back to Optum. I have 7 years of experience working as a full stack Engineer, who is passionate working on both front end and back end on latest technologies. But my project is working only on back end with 10 years old tech stack. There is no front end work at all. What should I do?
I don't like working here at all, but I am not sure whether moving out again in a month will give bad Impression on my resume. Hence please give me advice on this situation

If I get a referral from someone and I apply, then can I still reach out to a recruiter on LinkedIn expressing interest in the role? And do I let them know that I already applied? What’s the best way to turn down a 2nd interview? During the 1st interview, I learned that the compensation for the role is not within the range that I am looking for and requires 400 more billable hours a year than what I bill now. I’d basically be laterally for my current salary just to bill 400 more hours. I also wasn’t aware that the local office was strictly ID. Firm website advertises lots of practice areas. Any advice? Im currently going through industry change.
Im a pastry cook with 4yrs experience and the average salary start for this position is now at $22/hr here in vegas, especially in the strip. But cooking/baking is not my passion. So im changing into veterinary medicine and im seeing that the starting rate for a vet tech is around $16-18. Why is that?? Why are people in the vet med industry being paid so low?? Something needs to change. Labor of love aint enough for the people in this job.

I’m in my 2nd year in audit. I want to pivot into management consulting within a big 4 or MBB. Has anyone seen someone make this lateral movement? I’m not sure how feasible that is and what steps to take. I’m also down to discuss further with whoever is comfortable in connecting.

Is there a role for a CPA that wants to get into data analytics? Senior audit associate now that wants to exit to get experience with SQL, Python etc. but don’t want to start all over. What roles can I look at where I could leverage my CPA experience but still learn about analytics?

Accounting advisory big4 or IA at F100. Both senior roles. Roughly same base pay.

Big4 has clear trajectory and interesting work.

F100 has 14% bonus, perm remote, and immediate vesting 401k over 7%.
