BCG final round interview in a week. Any tips on what to expect in a partner level conversation?
- how is it different than the round 1 experience?
- how important is the casing component? I'm doing pretty well, but not perfect. Friends have been eating me 8/10, with the need to improve structure and be more top down in my communication. I'm wondering what I can do to improve that in a week and if that will be a deal breaker on interview day?

I had interviewed for an internship position at EY for technology consultant program for summer 2022 and got a call where they extended an offer. I wanted to know if I can defer the internship offer to fall 2022 or a later start date after summer.
I apologize as I cannot reply to a comment or DM on this platform to anyone, but thanks for your answers in advance.

Hi all,
Do firms match offers from other Big 4s for campus hires? I’ve received a campus offer from both KPMG and EY. I’m more interested in the EY offer, but they are paying 3k less than KPMG.
Would it be a bad move to let them know about the other offer and try negotiating? I feel it wont make a difference in the long run, but at the same time I don’t want to leave any money on the table if possible.
Thanks!

How much do you want the role, and is it a smaller company? Delays happen. If they’ve been responsive this far, it might be worth seeing where things end up. If it’s you constantly reaching out, I’m not sure they’re serious.
That is something to consider. It could be a one-off situation, or it could be how the entire company runs. The interview is your first impression of them, should be taken seriously on their side.
What constitutes a 3-day AP case study for an accounts payable specialist?
I’m going through the same thing
At this point you're so invested that you might as well keep following up. If things have been going on for six weeks, it's understandable that you'd be getting fed up with it. Still, you might as well see it through at this point, unless you get an offer elsewhere.
I am hoping you are still applying for other roles at other companies. If not, you should be. Don't stop searching until you accept a job offer.
I have been in various AP roles over the last 10-15 years, and have never had to complete an AP case study.

I haven’t stopped applying. This is the first time I had a case study. Analyzed a workbook of AP issues.
