I believe I'm getting my offer from a senior person at Boston Consulting Group (Platinion) tomorrow after multiple interviews. What should I expect on the call? Is it still hard-hitting interview questions? Or just a casual conversation about the offer and compensation package? Do I negotiate? Thanks for any insights!

If you’re actually getting an offer it will be a chill conversation. That would not be the correct time to negotiate though. Just gather the details so you can put a story together if you need to negotiate.

Just a casual conversation. Save the negotiation and tough questions for HR when they send you the official offer letter.

Whatever the package is walk in their knowing your worth 20% more…

Then ask for 30% more than what they offer you.

If you fail your still up? Or they don’t budge and you have pissed the partner off before joining.

YOLO!

Hey All,
I finished a third round interview, and HR contacted me that afternoon saying I had positive feedback across the board and they would contact me the next day regarding next steps. It’s been two days and they finally get back to me saying they haven’t been able to sync with the hiring manager but will keep me posted. Honestly I wish they would talk with the hiring manager and then let me know the decision instead of checking in. It’s messing with my emotions.

Is pwc LLP means pwc kolkata...i am so confused who in pwc is hiring me .,

I have a question, I got a contract role through a recruiter. Initially the recruiter offered the hourly pay rate which was the minimum in my range. Now I got an offer from the company. Now without me asking her she increased the hourly wage to the maximum range I asked. Which makes me doubt if the company increased it or she knew the rate all along but gave me the lower rate ?
