Donât worry about it. Had the same issue few weeks ago. Youâll cheat - there might even be sense setting up a cheat day (once in 2 weeks maybe). To paraphrase what someone else said to me - youâll get knocked off for a bit, the weight will go up by a bit but doesnât mean you canât get back to it the next day
Just get back to it - we all have slip ups.
Let it go. You donât have to lose weight every day to be successful. Ask yourself what youâll do next time youâre tempted.
