Definitely. Specialized roles tend to have better career trajectory in terms of pay and value to companies. I'd go with CBP or IFEBP.
SHRM-CP is great for overall generalist route and If you’re planning to stay in total rewards, a very in that area would be best to obtain as it’s specialized and will give you stronger marketability and knowledge.
Hi! I think you'll be okay with just SHRM-CP. It's pretty broad and can cover several aspects of HR.
