Quick qstn - I'm receiving HRA of 24075 from my employer but I would like dhow the rent paid as 96k p.a (while filing ITR). Even if I do so, I was only able to get exemption of 24075 from gross. Checking if we can speak to payroll department to increase Actual HRA since I'm actually paying more rent than compared. Will I be able to do so ?Deloitte Newco EY Accenture Genpact KPMG

golden opportunity, take it! Don’t feel bad
Don’t feel bad. Do what is best for you. Did you do a residency? I’m in retail and want to work in a hospital. Any tips?
Hospital is steady job and you work with other people i tech at least you have help around you so you don’t feel lonely
Institutions do what’s best for them and I suggest you exercise the same sentiment for yourself. Any decent manager desires growth for their staff and I’ve NEVER held it against a staff member that elects a better role for them and their families.
Do it! Put yourself first. People don't care about you in the corporate world.
I wouldn’t feel bad. Do it.
Do it. Don’t feel bad. They’d let you go in a heartbeat if they had to.
Do it. If your position was closed at the first hospital, there’d be no hard feelings.
Do what will make you happy. The other hospital will be sad but you are moving up to a higher role and self growth. Take the new position. It’s full time so you will still get pension/benefits.
Do what is best for you. The hospital would replace you in a second without another thought!
I was a Director for30+ years. When a staff member was leaving for better opportunity either clinically or a management position I wished them well and told them (if they were a good employer) that they were always welcome back if it did't work out. They will fully understand your desire to grow in the profession, if not then you really should not be working there long term.
You can’t feel bad—our profession doesn’t advocate for itself well! Be the change and advocate for yourself!

If it’s what you want, and the pay/benefits/commute are good, do it! Be honest with your supervisor that you couldn’t pass up this opportunity to learn and deepen your clinical practice.
Do it 100% been in hospital pharmacy 15 years. These positions are extremely hard to come by.
No need to feel bad! People come and go all the time to pursue a better path
